Manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and work effectively on both independent and collaborative team-based projects
Support the overall approach for project delivery and work in cross-disciplinary teams within a health context
Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders
Developing project-wide progress reports / presentations, identify, track, and report risks and issues
Qualifications:A minimum of three years of program operations support / management; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Experience in business transformation projects including process improvement, change management, training development
Ability to lead / support business operations that contribute to a federal healthcare organizations functions / effectiveness
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. citizenship
