As part of Retail Banking, our Payment Platform teams create platforms and products that enable popular experiences like "Add Cash in Store", "Send a Zelle" or "Edit your Transfer" to name a few. Having scaled over the past two years, established a brand, and created a vision for our platforms that support Capital One's financial transactions - we are ready to embark on our next growth phase with the advent of rapidly accelerating needs happening across Retail Bank.As a member of this team, you will lead two key capabilities within our ecosystem: orchestration and eligibility. You will lead onboarding efforts of client teams wanting to leverage these services, and work with peers on cross-functional projects that span multiple lines of business. You will be responsible for the backlog, refinement, prioritization, roadmaps and execution/production rollout of the team's work. You will work closely with other product managers to align and coordinate work that has shared dependencies, and should be deeply curious in learning and understanding our team's technical stack and architecture.On any given day in the Bank you’ll be:

Communicator. You can communicate complex ideas clearly, your team knows their priorities and why they’re doing what they’re doing. Maybe you’re an introvert, or maybe you’re an extrovert, but nobody accuses you of keeping them out of the loop.

Wrangler. You’ve gotten back-end engineers to play nice with iOS developers, you can inspire an ETL developer to write creatively about her latest pipeline.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences.

At least 2 years of experience working on the core product platforms that power digital experiences

At least 2 years of digital industry experience for consumers

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms

At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process
