Senior Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect (Remote Eligible)Capital One is seeking a Solutions Architect to work in our Enterprise Data Tech organization as a Technical Account Manager. This individual will be accountable to drive a cohesive data strategy across the enterprise data platforms for our internal customers. This role will lead horizontally and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable data solutions to our customers. This leader must have the technical skills to ensure that we build compelling, customer-oriented solutions. Success in the role requires an innovative mind, a proven track record of delivering highly complex solutions end to end, rigorous organization skills, and a passion for delivering customer value. What you'll do in the role: - Craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of Enterprise Data platforms
- Represent Enterprise Data within a customer's organization, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding new capabilities, incidents, trade-offs and risks
- Drive effective end to end solutions to meet the needs of our internal customers
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, to understand their needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from Enterprise Data
- Guide customers on how to properly use Enterprise Data Platforms, educating them on best practices
- Engage partner and customers teams to define technical requirements for Enterprise Data platforms
- Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value out of target state tools & platforms
- Partner with technical and product stakeholders to build & define intent for enterprise efforts crossing all types of technologies

- At least 6 years of experience with design or implementation of distributed applications
- At least 3 years of experience managing technical, customer facing solution architects
- At least 2 years of experience creating solutions architectures in a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Information Technology
- 7+ years of technical solutioning, client engagement or software engineering experience
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Location is New York City: $230,100 - $262,700 for Sr. Manager, Solution ArchLocation is San Francisco, California: $243,800 - $278,200 for Sr. Manager, Solution ArchRemote roles in other areas of New York & California, and across Colorado & Washington: $195,000 - $222,600 for Sr. Manager, Solution ArchCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
