- Demonstrate effective and disciplined software development expertise and leadership
- Collaborate with other Enterprise Architects to assure that the company Platforms are aligned with EA vision, roadmap, principles, and guidelines and can enable software engineering teams and solution architects to deliver on business outcomes
- Fully utilize AWS with services such as Cloud Formation Templates, S3, EC2, EKS and many more
- Define and implement Reference architecture patterns which will be used by development teams
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to construct a product delivery strategy, roadmaps, and timelines
- Lead technical discussions and influence a large number of multi-functional teams
- Act as an agent for change with new technologies and tools, promote top code quality by leading design and code reviews, and solve meaningful issues related to performance tuning and scalability
- 10+ years of proven experience in software development including architecture, design, coding, testing, and support
- 3+ years of Cloud infrastructure experience working with one or more of the following Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud services: EC2, EMR, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes Operators, Knative, Kubeflow, S3, SNS, SQS, Cloud Formation, Cloud watch, Lambda
- Hands-on experiences with AWS architecture design, Data Management, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Machine Learning platform development and good exposure to feature engineering
- Proficient with CICD process, Agile and DevOps SDLC including analysis, high level design, coding, testing, and implementation, performance tuning, bug fixing and quality control
- 3+ years of experience with Agile, Kanban, or Scrum methodologies
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud based Data Warehouse platforms e.g. Snowflake and Dremio preferred; expertise in creating data models, optimizing data, automating & restructuring data reporting system in financial services domain
- 5+ years of experience using Java, Python or Scala
- Experience of leading complex data applications with large volumes of data
