Sr. Project Manager (9)

Immediate need for a talented

• 5 - 7 years related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and solution development
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as part of a team
• Ability to work effectively with continuous change and short deadlines
• Ability to identify and escalate risks and impediments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of corporate governance policies and procedures
• Experience in Risks and Controls and conducting risk assessments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and/or Access (or other database tools)
• Experience developing or using Quick Base applications or Tableau reports

• Very strong attention to detail, ability to manage process, and follow through on tasks, with significant organizational, and time management skills
• Curiosity and interest in Operational Risk Management.
• Results-oriented, creative and forward-thinking problem-solver with a willingness to do and ability to deliver business value quickly and with quality
• Establishes relationships across the division to broaden understanding of different functional areas
• Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment and lead multiple tasks
• Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), sense of humor, positive outlook, and unbridled integrity a must
