- Project Manager will be responsible for the coordinating and completion of all change management activities tied to an operational initiative that improves loyalty experience and operations across all full service and luxury brand properties.
- This candidate will oversee all aspects of change management workstreams, including creating project plans, documenting and monitoring progress, identifying impacted systems, and creating change management training documents.
- This candidate will build and maintain working relationships with team members across departments.
- Prior change management experience is required with at least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in related field or area.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to navigate a matrixed organization, as well as be extremely detailed oriented and organized.
