Description SAIC, a leading provider of systems development and deployment, targeting and intelligence analysis, systems engineering and integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community (IC), is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives, while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance. SAIC's National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking a Systems Analyst who will transport raw data related to corporate and financial records for processing in a cloud environment, create and curate data records in the data management system, and track submissions of data for processing by the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) Team through ingestion into the applications. Responsibilities include:
  • Matching data records in the data management system to the Enterprise Data Management system
  • Troubleshooting and correcting data records in coordination with the ETL Team
  • Conducting metrics reports on data collected and processed using provided tools
  • Managing user access control to the data management system
  • Collecting new user requirements and design, and building functionality for the existing data management system and financial applications in a Cloud environment
  • Managing, mitigating, and implementing plans of actions for system security accreditation
  • Designing and developing technical solutions for the stand-alone LAN network
  • Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and issues to automate or improve existing IT systems
  • Performing periodic reviews of system capabilities, workflows, and schedules
  • Managing the network to maintain security accreditation
  • Tracking and maintaining software licenses

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline. Note that years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Data management to include registering and tracking data via data management processes
  • Data discovery and analysis within unstructured data
  • Working in an Agile Scrum team environment
  • Using issue tracking applications such as Jira (preferred) or similar with requirements analysis
  • Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence (preferred) or similar
Desired qualifications:
  • Experience working with financial data sets
  • Experience designing and implementing technical solutions within a stand-alone network
  • DevOps certification
