Analyze, determine, coordinate, and implement continuous process improvements to achieve end-to-end business optimization of business processes and systems. Research internal processes and capabilities to enhance the effectiveness of the business and/or services and react effectively to business needs with moderate latitude for discretion. Provide guidance and advice to management on the most effective and efficient use of resources.Responsibilities Ensure compliance with HR related policies, practices and procedures Develop and recommend enhancements to improve operational processes and procedures Identify and detect errors/omissions; resolve or arrange for the resolution Involved in cross-organizational task groups concerning new automated systems, products and/or services Perform research for process improvements Recommend corrective action when discrepancies occur Serve as subject matter expert regarding business functions, systems, policies and/or procedures Work with other business partners to resolve systems and process issues Manage projects of varied scope Perform on-going quality control to ensure efficiency and accuracy of processes and procedures Conduct and/or facilitate user acceptance testing to include developing and executing test cases, communication with project teams, validating and documenting results Develop, recommend and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes Provide guidance to internal customers and stakeholders Research, analyze and determine cause/impact of errors/omissions Perform other duties as assignedQualifications – All required unless otherwise noted Advanced knowledge of various human resource issues, processes and compliance Significant change management and process improvement experience Effective analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results or relationships Ability to work independently, in a team environment and within cross-functional teams Expert verbal and written communication skills with all levels wtithin an organization Expert skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions Expert skill applying research and interpretation of findings to respond to requests for information Significant experience in leading, guiding and mentoring others Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skills Expert database and presentation software skills Expert organizational, planning and time management skills Expert skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines Expert skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations Desired - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Desired - Expert knowledge of Navy Federal products, services, programs, policies and proceduresHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Location: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna VA 22180 | 5550 Heritage Oaks Dr Pensacola, FL 32526Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remaincompetitive.
