To develop project plans and deliver solutions on schedule and within budget in support of service innovations and organizational and process changes/enhancements. Serve as a dedicated change manager for successful implementation of high impact, large scale Real Estate Lending projects. Ensure alignment with Enterprise Change team’s approach and strategy.Responsibilities: Directs and leads project teams by developing and coordinating work plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and training Works with the business group to determine and understand business requirements Manages projects from concept through the planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and transition phases Develops clear and concise “big picture” of projects within Navy Federal organizational goals Identifies and minimizes project risks or constraints that would impact project deliverables Maintains/archives project documentation Ensures project deliverables are met in accordance with customers’ expectations Sets, manages, and communicates client expectations for the project Oversees project progress to ensure project documentation and schedules are in compliance with previously agreed requirements and standards Identifies, escalates and/or resolves issues associated with project(s) ensuring deliverables conform to established quality and schedules Facilitates project team and client meetings for the resolution of project issues Ensures success of projects by working closely with Procurement regarding vendor contracts Manage and direct departmental change management components of projects Partner with departmental communications teams to develop and execute communication plans Identify performance gaps and resistance to change management efforts; develop, recommend and implement corrective actions Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership, managers, and stakeholders Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience Experience managing cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects Solid knowledge of project lifecycles, project management methodologies, and business requirements analysis Experience participating or leading the implementation of change management efforts including impact assessments, stakeholder identification and alignment, communications planning and training needs assessment Experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders and vendors Demonstrated skill in effectively building relationships with and influence team members, management, vendors, and a diverse group of stakeholders Extensive experience in presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely to stakeholders and management Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment Experience in leading, guiding and mentoring others Effective skill communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Expert verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with PCs and related software applications (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, and project management applications) Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field Knowledge of NFCU's functions, philosophy, operations and organizational objectives Working knowledge of Navy Federal’s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) standards Experience with Agile, Lean Management PMP CertificationNavy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remain competitive.
