The job description is as follow, Title: Talent Acquisition Representative 2 Type: Contract 12 Months Location: Newport News, VA THIS POSITION is for First SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Basic Job Description:
- Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.
- Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
- Prepares rating on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on the company.
- May administer tests and interpret results, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.
- Bachelors in related field and 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
- This position has the opportunity for part time remote work. This person MUST have the ability to come onsite.
- Driving of personal vehicle will be required to various local locations.
- Travel to local career fairs will be required.
- Prior experience with high volume recruiting.
- Prior experience in an industrial, manufacturing, production experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
- This position will have the opportunity for partial remote work. This person MUST be able to come onsite at client site for meetings.
- Clearance is NOT required.
- This person will have to drive personal vehicle to meetings onsite at NNS.
