The Q-Crew is looking for a new night manager.
Hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 5pm-1am
Optional hours: Every Thursday or every other Thursday 5pm-3am
(plus the option to fill in for other managers when they are out)
Front Desk Duties Include:
Greeting Customers as they enter and exit the building
Assign pool tables, make announcements, and clean billiard balls
Cash Handling - count cash drawers, charge pool time fees to customers and take their payments, cash out servers and bartenders, and pay out money won on gaming machines
Selling Retail - assist customers in purchasing shirts, pool cues, cases, chalk, etc.
Answering Phones - taking food orders and answering general questions
Managerial Duties Include:
Supervising other shift employees and ensuring the policies outlined in the handbook are followed
Handling customer complaints and issues in a calm, professional manner
Discount, Void, and Edit Server and Bartender tabs in the system as needed
Walk each section to ensure the building is clean at the end of the night

The ability to learn to work the point of sale system (computer)
