Our office is looking for 1-2 qualified individuals for our Training Program located in Virginia Beach. We have experienced exponential growth over the last 3 years and have successfully trained and developed Managers to expand to three different states, and currently we are filling positions for our new office in the VB area. Ideal candidates for this position are career-minded individuals seeking long-term professional growth.
We specialize in protecting middle income families and children, and we pride ourselves in superior customer satisfaction. Our 12-month MIT program has been proven to train successful leaders and managers.
Qualifications:
Strong Oral/Written Communication Skills
Be coachable, and have the ability to follow systems and processes
Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
Professional appearance
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Be willing to solve problems daily
Vision for Executive Level Management or Partnership in 5 years or less
Requirements:
A.A. or B.A. Degree (Business Management, Marketing, Communications background preferred)
OR 2-4+ years of Customer Service / Retail Sales Experience (Supervisory/Management Experience a plus)
Personal Laptop is required for client information
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Explorer, etc.
MUST pass background check
Military experience or 2nd language a plus!
