We are seeking team members to join our Customer Care Team. If you are someone who likes to talk on the phone, brings positive energy to their work, and has attention to detail then this position is for you!
The primary responsibility in this position is to make sure our customers have an amazing experience every time. This is done by answering phones in an energetic manner, scheduling appointments for our inspectors and service technicians, maintaining customer files, etc. The right candidate for this position has a positive attitude every day, excellent communication skills, and is speedy on the computer.
