As the Service Dispatcher/Manager for Great Atlantic Hot Tubs, Pools & Saunas, you will :
Confer with customers via phone and email in order to address questions, problems and requests for service
Schedule and dispatch service team members to customer locations for service calls and product deliveries in most efficient manner possible
Follow up with customers to monitor quality of service provided and address any issues identified
Recommend products and services to customers
Order needed parts and keep customers informed.
Invoice customers and monitor payments.
This position supervises up 3 in-field service techs
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
Scheduling/Dispatching experience - 2-3 years REQUIRED -
Supervisory experience 2-3 years REQUIRED
Telephone Sales experience
Experience in the spa/pool industry or related industries( such as: heating/AC, plumbing, electrical, cable industry) strongly preferred.
This position also required the successful candidate to possess strong organizational and follow up skills, good written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer relations skills. Technical aptitude is needed to help troubleshoot product issues with customers. Working effectively as part of the team is also essential. Basic accounting experience is a plus.
