Position Details

Location: Norfolk, VA (Home-based office; you can live anywhere from South Carolina to Pennsylvania, but targeting Norfolk, VA and Washington DC areas).

Salary: $63,000 + Performance Bonus that is typically 4%

Travel: This is a travel role, typically around 4 nights a week will be spent away from home on business travel. Travel may be throughout the US, but most travel will be within the Mid-Atlantic region. You will typically travel around 200 days per year. Travel is reimbursed each month, so you need to have a personal credit card that you can use to cover travel expenses (ideally $12,000 credit limit). This is a great deal for you, because you can use a rewards credit card (cash back or travel rewards card) and keep the benefits of the high usage without paying any of the bill out of your own pocket! You can also enroll in hotel and rental car rewards programs and gain a ton of points for future personal use. Imagine taking an awesome vacation each year and paying for the hotel, rental car, and flights with loyalty points and rewards that you did not have to pay for! You will also get $.56 per mile for any use of your personal vehicle for work trips (if you are working close enough to home to drive).

Training: Initial training will be a week in the Toronto HQ office and follow on field training with a senior manager in the field is provided. You will always be a phone call away from help or to ask any question.
