DMA Reserves Inc. is a Richmond VA small business that has a full-time position available for a construction professional, building engineer or inspector with a degree in architecture or engineering to be a Reserve Analyst. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, responsible person who will be required to meet deadlines and performance standards.
DMAs primary business is providing Capital Reserve Studies to Common Interest Associations such as Property Owner Associations, Residential and Commercial Condominiums, Country Clubs, Marinas, Churches, and similar properties / facilities, and we presently serve clients in several states on the east coast. The work involves identifying, quantifying, assessing condition and costing (using our database) of typical asset replacement projects for exterior and interior components of multi-family residential buildings, commercial buildings, clubs, swimming pools, tennis courts, golf courses, marinas, and all related site improvements such as roads, parking lots, storm drainage, utilities and other site amenities. Engineering components include mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment and systems. We are looking for someone who has experience in most or all of the above construction areas.
This work requires travel using your own vehicle, generally within a 100 mile radius, for which mileage is compensated. Occasional projects may require longer travel which will be arranged by the company. Applicants must be proficient in typical computer operations, should have good communication and writing skills and be able to work directly with, and maintain good relations with clients.
