Corman Kokosing Construction Company, leading heavy highway, bridge, & utility contractor in the Mid-Atlantic region, has an opening for a Survey Manager in Chesapeake, VA for our GPC Joint-Venture project on the High Rise bridge:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Computation for bridge, roadway, utility & hydrology construction, vertical and horizontal
Oversee machine control grading operation including DTM preparation and machine uploads
Coordinate multiple survey crews to accommodate project schedule
Complete detailed drawings from sketches, plans, specifications and written/verbal instructions using computer-aided drafting programs (Civil 3D/AutoCAD/MicroStation)
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience
Land Surveyor (LS) license in Virginia
Experience with 3D modeling
