Role : DocuSign Lead Location : Norfolk, VA(Initially Remote) Duration : 12 Months NOTE : As soon as client's office will open they will ask the candidate to relocate and work onsite. - Hands-on development and oversee the development and implementation of the solution and guide team members
- Collaborate with the client IT leads to determine the current and future needs
- Understand the IT needs of the client in order to define the technical requirements
- Analyse the needs of the platform/system(s) and modularize into smaller manageable parts
- Determine the feasibility of upgrading the current platform/system or need to install a new system to meet the solution needs
- Identify the different components/modules of the platform/system and recommend the necessary integrations
- Plan and design the structure of technology systems and discuss them with the client
- Provide the client with design ideas and schematics
- Align architecture and infrastructure in accordance with the client's design policy
- Communicate technical requirements to UI designers and developers; explain system structure and provide assistance throughout the development process
- Discuss the platform needs with the developers and share best practices
- Support design and implementation of the solution
- Help in resolving technical issues as and when they arise
- Measure the performance of the platform/system
- Train staff on system procedures
- Track and publish technical progress
- Provide post-implementation feedback.
