Responsibilities
As an Express Lube Technician at Checkered Flag, you will be at the forefront of the automotive industry. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest in equipment and technology in state-of-the-art, climate controlled facilities with clean bays and bright lighting.
As an Express Lube Technician, you will utilize your vehicle maintenance expertise and customer service skills to perform vehicle maintenance and repair work according to dealer and factory standards.
As an Express Lube Technician, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:
-Performing work as outlined on repair order assigned with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
-Examining the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
-Completing a "Winners World Class Inspection" on every vehicle.
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for the automotive industry! A successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong customer service and active-listening abilities.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
-General mechanical skills, valid drivers license and a good driving record are necessary.
-Manual dexterity, and good decision making skills and judgment.
-Computer and keyboard familiarity.
