- Aid in the development and implementation of Agile/Scrum best practices in support of the Navy's Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS) enterprise IT system.
- Provide project/task supervision and management for Agile/Scrum efforts to include business/requirements analysis, user story development, and testing.
- Aid in the development and management of an integrated master schedule tracking aspects of the project's Sprints.
- Monitor project tasks to ensure objectives are met with top quality and levels of performance.
- Aid in the management of Agile/Scrum efforts and scheduled development sprints.
- Initiate and facilitate meetings to support user story development.
- Aid in reviewing/approving user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases and the product backlog.
- Maintain prioritized list of planned User Stories and delivery dates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to produce valid and accurate written technical content for various products (e.g., briefings, narratives, and justifications).
- Prepare technical reports by researching, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25lbs.
