Role: Sr. API Business System Analyst Location : Norfolk, VA Healthcare Exp Mandatory Description: Looking for a talented and creative business system analyst with onsite coordinator experience for one of the leading healthcare providers in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to analyze the business needs of a client in order to recommend and evaluate solutions to those needs. Active identification of business problems constraints dependencies that leads to the right solution pick. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and IT leadership team is key to be successful in this role. As an essential duty to include, but are not limited to:
- Experience in coordinating with Offshore team/s
- May need work with project teams with regards to testing tasks, to verify the expected results as per business objectives.
- Experience on creation of project initiation documents such as business requirement documents.
- Experience on creation of functional requirements to fulfill the business requirements.
- Experience on conducting iterative meetings with users and stakeholders for requirement finalization, requirement refinement, documentation and getting the users and stakeholder's approvals.
- Experience to capture all the non-functional requirements for quality of service based on performance, scalability, security and usability.
- Experience on performing requirements gathering and analysis, estimating time required for project completion, preparing schedules, design documentation, design reviews and development, testing and deployment of application enhancements, as well as project planning.
- Experience on helping the application users in understanding the application and setting up an environment to make the application successful.
- Experience on providing trainings to business group and end users on the application and documenting the learning.
- Ensure that the project team fully understand the project requirements specifications and that testing results correspond to the business expectations/needs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in the health care insurance industries desired; Excellent written, verbal.
