Talent Scout/Talent Scout SrLocations: Indianapolis, Mason, Chicago, Atlanta, Virginia Beach, Richmond, NorfolkThe Talent Scout is responsible for augmenting the inbound candidate pool using all available vehicles including, but not limited to, social media, databases, and career-related websites.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Has strong understanding of the open roles success profile in order to develops talent pools using CRM technologies, and makes live outreach to passive candidates.

Screens candidate resumes to submit to the recruiters.

Creates role-based sourcing strategy using all available vehicles including, but not limited to social media, databases, career websites / job boards, etc.

Develops and executes digital sourcing strategy.

Reviews and filters inbound resumes and screens candidates against basic qualifications identifying suitable candidates to provide to recruiters.

May participate in intake meeting(s) with hiring managers.

Engages in proactive sourcing to passive candidates.

Maintains candidate pools via CRM technologies.

Curates talent communities and makes outreach on a defined frequency.

Works with recruiters to align on creating talent pipelines.

Conducts basic labor market insights (e.g. LinkedIn Insights) to support strategy.

Talent Scout SrSource jobs that may be considered niche in the labor market and often require a higher level of candidate engagement and commitment to hire.

Develop and foster relationships by having strong understanding of the specialized and complex jobs to develop talent pools using CRM technologies, and makes live outreach to passive candidates.

Screen candidate resumes to submit to the recruiters.

Collaborate with the manager and TA leadership to create role-based sourcing strategy using all available sourcing vehicles.

Work with leadership to develop and execute digital sourcing strategy.

Review and filter inbound resumes and screens candidates against basic qualifications identifying suitable candidates to provide to recruiters.

May participate in intake meeting(s) with hiring managers.

Engage in proactive sourcing to passive candidates.

Maintain candidate pools via CRM technologies.

Curate talent communities and makes outreach on a defined frequency.

Work with Sir Recruiters to align on creating talent pipelines.

Conduct basic labor market insights (e.g., LinkedIn Insights) to support strategy.

Responsible for mentoring, training and providing assistance to lower-level sources as necessary.

Qualifications Talent Scout Minimum Qualification:Requires a BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing or communications field and a minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience in sourcing and qualifying candidates with a wide variety of skills required.

Experience with creation of candidate sourcing strategy and associate reporting tools required.

Talent Scout Preferred Qualifications:Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner strongly preferred.

Experience with Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing strongly preferred.

Experience with cognitive and AI technologies in talent acquisition required. In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in health insurance industry strongly preferred.

Masters degree; professional HR / TA Certification(s) strongly preferred.
