The Dirty Buffalo - Little Creek is looking for a motivated busser to support our staff and improve the dining experience for our guests. The successful applicant will be expected to relay important information between management, kitchen staff and servers, as well as guests and servers. Not only will the ideal candidate have great communication skills, but also will be ready to work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Experience isnt required, but a willingness to learn is.
Job Responsibilities
Performs all functions in accordance with the mission statement, and objectives of The Dirty Buffalo n as well as established policies, procedures, and controls.
Welcome each guest with a smile and friendly greeting
Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards
Clean and reset tables in a high-volume, fact-paced environment
Gather and empty trash receptacles
Clean building floors by sweeping or mopping when necessary

Qualifications
Be at least 16 years of age
Be able to reach and bend and frequently lift up to 60 pounds
