Qwest Home Health Care is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses to provide home health care in Suffolk, Va. LPNs administer nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care. Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Record patients history. Give medication as prescribed by the physician. Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature and weight. Wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas. Give injections of medications and immunizations. Manage IV.
