Seeking an experienced and professional Office Coordinator for our Virginia Beach Office. Candidates are required to have a minimum of four years of Front Desk Patient check in/out experience to include scheduling, data entry, posting, copay collections and telephone.
Greet patients and customers over phone and in person. Answer a multi-line phone system. Schedule appointments. Verify insurance coverage and referrals. Enter demographics, charges, receipts and appointments into electronic system.
Must have excellent communication skills. Ability to cooperate, work, communicate with patients, co-workers and supervisors to ensure a pleasant/professional work environment.
Excellent work ethic and phone etiquette a requirement.
