Job Duration: Minimum of 3 days
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Hourly Rate: $20/hour
Guaranteed Pay: $480 total (contractor will be paid $480 if job is completed even if completed earlier)

Scope of Work
Phase One
Remove subfloor in kitchen, bathroom, and hallway areas.
Remove all appliances in the kitchen.
Remove toilet, vanity, and cast iron tub from the home.
Remove the artificial fireplace inside the home.

Phase Two & Three
Load and remove all debris into a dumpster (to be provided on-site).
Demolish and remove the artificial shed located in the backyard.
Remove all awnings attached to the home.

Additional Details
The total compensation for the full project is $480.
The work must be completed over a minimum of three days (8 hours per day).
If completed earlier, payment remains $480 in full.
Contractors that have a trailer is a plus and am
Willing to provide additional compensation if access items can be dumped
