Pop-A-Lock, a national franchised locksmith/roadside assistance company has openings for road service techs. Job duties include, TIRE CHANGING, gas delivery, car door unlocks, and jump starts. Further progression into automotive locksmithing is possible. This is a Full time, commission based position. Part time MAY be entertained if conditions were right (means 2 days evenings 6p-midnight) All tools/uniforms/company phone/training and equipment are provided. You must drive a fuel efficient, late model car, that isn't a clunker (NO TRUCKS/LARGE SUVS) Must be presentable to the public at large,have great customer service skills. Must be a self motivated , outgoing person, we run 12 hour, on call shifts. Prefer someone with at least some automotive knowledge. This is a 24/7/365 company, we never close. You must also be able to pass a Virginia Dept of Criminal Justice background check (dcjs), as you must be able to get a registered locksmith license by the state, see their website for details on what/what cannot be permissable as far as convictions. We help people in their time of need, and have a great crew, with little turnover. Also retired USN owned and operated, so obviously Vets please do apply.
