We are seeking to fill immediate openings in the Norfolk, VA market. Hiring immediately to start Monday January 21st and Monday January the 28th to build out and install IKEA Furniture in the new IKEA store located in the North Hampton area of Norfolk, VA on the street named IKEA WAY but there is not a physical address yet. After the store is opened and operating we will continue to need assemble technicians to fulfill daily job orders for IKEA's customers at their place of business or residence so this position can be long term if that is what you wish to choose.
Assembly Technicians will be Independent Contractors and will require a 1099, the ability to prove US citizenship. This position requires extensive bending and working on knees and the ability to lift 50lbs on a routine basis.
