We are a law firm in search for Litigation Counsel in the Eastern District of Virginia. The matter is a USPTO disciplinary complaint against an attorney at our firm filed before an administrative law judge at HUD.
Ideal candidate will have :
Experience in administrative law litigation.
We will have outside counsel for the law firm assist when appropriate in a co-defense agreement if needed. However, you would be representing the attorney directly and not the law firm.
