Havas Street is hiring a Part-Time Field Manager for a high-profile liquor portfolio to oversee Norfolk and Chester, VA . As the Full-Time Field Manager, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and promoting the brand in your market with the execution of on-premise/ off-premise sampling events as well as larger scale events.
Market Area: Norfolk and Chester, VA
Program Dates: March – August (possible extension to end of year)
Pay rate: Depends on experience | W2 Employee
Responsibilities:
Manage all market events & tactics to include planning, sourcing, scheduling
Will manage local storage unit which will include staff unifoms, giveaways and event assets
Complete program reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including taking & collecting event recaps, event photos and key event data
Responsible for managing, training team and staffing local brand ambassadors
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with local sales and distributors; manage local market accounts
Attend & spot checks brand ambassadors at sampling events; willing to step in as Brand Ambassador when needed
MUST:
Have previous management exp. in the liquor/beer field
Be able to work up to 29 hours/week heavily on weekends
Have a reliable vehicle and access to a computer
