Attention Call Center Representative
Auto Glass Now is currently seeking a Call Center Representative which will work in an automotive glass sales environment and interact with customers to schedule appointments. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.
Job Duties:
Working in a sales/results-oriented environment
Answering inbound and outbound calls
Providing excellent customer service to all callers
Document customer call notes for store locations
Follow-up with callers to schedule service
Requirements:
Full Time 6 Day Required Flexible working schedule Monday-Saturday
At least 1+ year experience in a call center, retail, or other customer service environment
At least 1+ year experience in/ auto glass (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
High School Diploma (or GED required)
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment
