We are looking for an individual who has professional demeanor, fantastic customer service whether it be phone or in person, knowledge of sales & marketing, able to enhance current relationships and improve our conversions of patient prospects to satisfied clients.
This is an entry level, part-time position. Our working hours are between 7:30 am - 5:30pm. You may be needed to work partial to full days. Looking for an established regular schedule with flexibility as needed.
Minimal Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
2 years customer service experience
Have a positive phone presence
Strong computer & data entry skills
Be accountable
Be able to handle a high volume work flow
Be honest, reliable, and punctual
Able to work well as part of a team
Able to follow directions
Able to pay close attention & execute details
Able to multi-task well
Able to be responsible, independent and self-starter
Experience with Advanced MD Scheduler a plus (or similar scheduling software)
Primary Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Amazing Customer Service (in person & on the phone)
Compassionate Handling of Patients / Clients
Scheduling and Following Up with Appointments
Speak, Collect, and Handle Money with Individuals
Creating & Managing Charts
File & Handle Patients / Clients Records for Same Day & Future Appointments
Inter/Intra-Office Communication
