Regional Promotional Marketing Agency is seeking to fill a full-time Sales Assistant position in a fast-paced, success driven advertising industry.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Researching and accurately quoting marketing projects
Formulating and processing purchase orders to industry vendors
Communicating directly with sales representatives, clients and vendors
Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. with a one hour lunch
Required experience and qualifications include:
Strong organizational and negotiating skills
Detail oriented
Ability to set priorities and multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral, written and mathematical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database software
High School diploma or equivalent required
Some college desirable but not required
