We are currently seeking a LEASING CONSULTANT at one of our small local apartment communities!
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks geared toward the
goal of maximum occupancy by quality residents and performs other functions as assigned by the Community Manager.
This qualified candidate will abide by and enforces the Fair Housing; provides tours of apartments
to prospective residents; runs credit reports on prospective residents; prepares lease
packets; inspects apartments prior to showing them; maintains logs of traffic through the
property; leases units; provides information over the telephone to prospective residents;
maintains a visible public relations attitude toward current and prospective residents.
