We are a Virginia Beach-based property investment and management company, we are seeking an office manager to join our team. Founded in 2003, our company owns and manages a diverse portfolio of communities and is experiencing exciting growth!

Position Summary: Oversee and manage three of our properties, which include two mobile home communities as well as one apartment complex.

Leasing Management:

The PRIMARY ROLE of this position will be SALES and LEASING, scheduling showings, orchestrating open-houses, handling client and customer calls, maintenance coordination, etc.

Follow up on prospects and leads at all times

Show apartments/ mobile homes in an urgent and timely manner and answer prospective residents' questions.

Prepare leasing agreements

Verify applications and follow up on applications including resident screening

Coordinate and produce all marketing including online ads, signage, outreach programs.

Process the move-in checklist, complete pre-move inspection and prepare lease paperwork and the entire move-in file. position

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will possess a hardworking, team focused attitude with a minimum of one year experience in the leasing and marketing of residential property.

Diligently and aggressively answer company provided phone to capture all possible leads and sales

Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships

Experience operating computer systems, specifically property management systems

Willingness to work non-traditional hours including early evenings and weekends.

MARKETING:

You will generate new business by advertising properties on various sites. You will hold open houses as well as outreach programs and use all marketing tools at your disposal to generate sales.

Responsible for the creative strategies and direction of advertising and marketing materials and campaigns.

Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties.

Knowledge of social media platforms, and ability to develop strategies specific to various social networks, track the right metrics, and integrate the best tools and practices on those platforms.

Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence

Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers

This position requires a professional demeanor, and the ability to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment background screening.
