Cartridge World, an international leader in the recycling and remanufacturing industry, has a FT position open for retail associate in its Virginia Beach location. We are looking for a warm, energetic person to provide excellent service to current and prospective customers. Candidates with strong communication skills will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve customer requests will make you successful in this role. Some duties will include:
Answering and making phone calls
Organizing and scheduling appointments
Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
Checking and distributing documents and correspondence
Photocopying, scanning and faxing
Sending emails
Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
Checking and entering data
Updating and maintaining databases
Coordinating work flow
Assisting with basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and making deposits
Managing petty cash
Monitoring and ordering inventory
Keeping area neat and tidy
The ideal candidate will need to be able to work independently and multi task through out the day. Basic PC skills are required, with Microsoft and Mac product knowledge a plus. This position will require the candidate to help customers in person and over the phone with their product and service requests.
Job Type: Full-time
Position will include interaction with retail consumers and business clients through our retail store front and on-site. Technical background preferred. IT, Electronics, or related field of experience preferred. We will train the right candidates. Must be a self-starter, and be able to work in a fast paced, semi-retail environment. Retail sales experience and customer service experience a plus.
Work Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week
