Nightowl Tactical Security Solutions (VA DCJS 11-16043) is actively seeking Experienced Nightclub Security Officers.
Nightowl wants the best of the best to work as a security officers to work in the following settings:
NIGHT CLUBS
We are looking for the following skills in our potential candidates:
Communication:Nightowl Security Officers often work the door and must talk to people, ask for ID and take cover charge. In addition, they will need to talk to unruly patrons and possibly communicate with police if an altercation happens.
Decision Making:Nightowl Security Officers need to be able to determine what to do quickly before a situation gets out of control.
Honesty:Nightowl Security Officers must be trusted by their employer not to allow underage people into the club, or to let someone who is getting out of control stay on premises.
Observation Skills: Nightowl Security Officers need to be on the lookout for trouble, be able to see false identification, and generally be aware of their surroundings.
Strength:If a physical altercation happens, bouncers need to be able to break up fights and physically eject people from the building or restrain them until the police can arrive.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED.

Required Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of previous Nightclub Security experience. No exceptions.
Must possess a DCJS Unarmed Officer Credential or acquire one within 60 days.
Must be willing to work night shift hours with short notice.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to pay attention to various situations.
Weekend availability (Thursday - Sunday)
