Nightowl Tactical Security Solutions, Has 4-5 shifts to fill an overnight DCJS Armed Certified Security Watch position Immediately.
DO NOT APPLY if you don't have previous Private Security or Law Enforcement experience. Your application will be rejected.
The main job requirement is that you work dusk (sunset) to dawn (early morning) shifts. This means overnight hours. DO NOT APPLY if these hours dont fit your schedule. Your application will be rejected.
To patrol client site and observe and report any noteworthy events.
To create incident reports when serious incidents occur.
To monitor the client's property to detect and deter unauthorized activity.
To report all suspicious activity.
To conduct physical security checks ensuring all access points are secured.
To perform site lighting assessments when requested by the client.
To perform foot patrols when required.

Must posses a valid driver's license.
Must possess a DCJS Unarmed Officer Credential or acquire one within 60 days.
Must be willing to work night shift (dusk to dawn) hours with short notice.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Must be able to pay attention to situations, take notes, and log report timestamps.
Must write complete patrol reports using good grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Must be well spoken to interact with law enforcement and residents.
Must have access to a personal vehicle for reliable transportation to patrol client sites.
PREFERRED CREDENTIALS
VA DCJS Armed Officer Credential.
VA DCJS UnArmed Officer Credential.
Prior/Current Military and/or Prior/Current Law Enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
