We are looking for someone just like you! This position as a Lead Generator is an awesome store extremely well known around the nation (and getting bigger). Some knowledge of flooring is beneficial but certainly not necessary. Flooring products are super easy to learn about, and talk about. You will be greeting customers coming into the store who are looking for tile, laminate, vinyl, or hardwood installation. Then you will get their contact information so we can reach out and schedule an estimate for our team. Easy right? Here's the exciting part, you will have the freedom to work the hours you want. And we have bonus incentives so you have the potential to earn as much as you want! Finally, you must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as these are the busiest times the customers come in. Royal Flooring is about to take it to the next level, will you join us?
