We are so excited about our New Salon and Med Spa in the high traffic area of the Janaf shopping center. We are looking for a full staff of beauty professionals. The specialties of the Salon Side will be Extension services/Packages, Natural Blowouts, Color, Wig Applications and everything Lace. and so much more
The SPA side we are offering a large variety of services such as Cool Sculpting, Body Contouring, Tattoo Removal, Skin Tightening, Cellulite Reduction, Laser lipo, Teeth Whitening, Massages, Facials, Nail Sculpting, Pedicures. OMG guys and so much more.
We are looking for a team that loves the power of all things BEAUTY. You must be a team player. You must be able to work a full time schedule. (NO PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE) The Salon/Spa will be open 7 days a week. All Positions will be commission based positions. (Open To Booth Rent for the right person/persons) Commission rate will range from 70/30- 60/40- 50/50 based on experience. New stylist are encouraged to apply.
We will hold bi-monthly In Salon Educational Classes. Training will be offered for Laser Positions. We know these services are new to Hampton Roads for selected services you must enroll in the training course offered by the Salon. The Owner is a licensed Cosmetology Instructor as well as a National Laser Institute Licensed Graduate.
Interested Candidates applying for the Aesthetics Technician Positions must attend the training course in order to be considered for the positions. In Addition, you must apply and interview for one of the positions prior to attending the in Spa training clinic.
Hairstylist Must be licensed, In Cosmetology School, or Scheduled for the up coming Exam within the next 6 months. The Salon will be responsible for all styling products and Chemicals for commission stylist. We will provide shampoo and styling caps. (Must provide own working smock) The Salon is responsible for Keeping the Towels stocked and the overall cleanliness of the salon.
We are an Established salon with 10 years in the beauty industry. In lieu of our Anniversary, we are expanding and excited about the new Management Firm partnership. The Salon/Spa will be responsible for all marketing and advertising for the commission Employees. The Salon/Spa will except, but not limited to Walk ins, call ins, and referrals. All appointments will be centrally kept and scheduled in the salon computer system. Employees will have access to schedule clients in the system via the App (Previously downloaded).
