Computer Technician ( Cheasapeake)
compensation: $10.00-$11.00/ hour

Computer Concepts Cheasapeake is looking to add a full time Computer technician to our staff. We understand that in order to provide great service we need a strong core of team members.
This position prioritizes and performs our computer diagnostics, speaking with customers, and carrying out repairs. In addition to performing repairs computer technicians are responsible for walking the customer through the repair process and answering any concerns they may have.
Duties:
Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning computers.
Annotate all diagnostics and repair steps.
Interact with customer from the check in to the check out process.

Known to operate with a deadline and organization.
What you'll need:
Skills to provide basic hardware repairs such as RAM, power supply, motherboard replacements.
At least 1 year experience working with PC's preferred
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
