Business is WAY too good. Used Car dealership with service department has an IMMEDIATE opening for a B grade automotive technician. Well equipped shop, 5 lifts, transmission jacks, newer tire equipment , newer Modus, AC machines, and much more.
We need a trained automotive tech with experience diagnosing and repairing electronic components. Air bags, body control modules, climate controls as well as wiring associated with these problems. You will also act as a team leader in helping other mechanics in their assignments.
Being a Virginia Inspection Station, we have LOTS of brake, front end work, wheel bearing repairs as well as timing belt replacement, clutch repairs and AC services. So a Virginia State inspector license is a plus but is NOT mandatory. We also do many engine and transmission swaps
MUST have Va. drivers license (Must show drivers license at interview) , decent driving record required, and 5 years experience in an automotive repair facility required. And lots of personal DRAMA is not allowed. And you MUST be available to start right away. If you have trouble getting to work on time this position is NOT for you.
Non commission. No flats. LOW STRESS environment. Just punch the clock for Hourly Pay ($15.00 to $22.00) based on qualifications. And we DO PAY OVERTIME Anthem Silver health insurance after 60 days.
Monday through Fridays, NO SATURDAYS. We do expect and require you to report to work 40 hours per week regularly. Again, if you have trouble getting to work on time this position is NOT for you.
