Maintenance Person proficient in carpentry, basic electrical tasks such as ceiling fan and outlet installations, painting, minor plumbing, and aiding in move-outs (e.g., cleaning) for multiple residential rental properties in Old Towne, Port Norfolk, Churchland, and Western Branch areas. Must be a collaborative Team Player. Moss Rentals, a family-owned business for over 30 years, offers a positive work environment with supportive staff.
