Hiring Full Time Painters, Drywallers & Labors
About Us
- Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Occasional Changes Pending Contracts)
- Pay is every week on Friday.
- We offer direct deposit.
- We offer side contracts and full contracts to those looking to come in as a sub.
- We have been in business over 10 years in the Hampton Roads Area.
- We offer paid vacations. (once qualified)
- We offer bi-annual reviews for pay raises and positions.
Pay
- Pay will be determined during interview. Chart gives examples as to where you may start.
- Apprentice (Learning New Trade) Starts off at 10/hr+
- Journeyman - 12/hr+
- Skilled Trade - 14/hr+
- Master Trade - 18/hr+
Requirements
- Must Be 18+ with Valid GED / Diploma or Working on education
- Must Have Valid Drivers License
- Must Have Own Vehicle
- Must Be Legal U.S. Citizen Or Eligible to Work in U.S.
- Must Have Valid Address
- Must Be willing to travel in the Hampton Roads.

- Experience
- Painting For More Than 3 Years
- Drywall, Plaster, Finisher / Hanger For More Than 3 Years
- Operating Small Equipment (Saws, Drills, Trim Gun, Nail Gun, ect)
- Operating Large Equipment (JLG's, Scissor Lift, ect)
- Management Experience
- Operating Mechanical Spray Rig
- Operating HVLP
- Operating Hopper
- Operating Cell Phone, Tablet, Internet Related Applications
- Using Excel and the ability to run take off sheets.
Interviews

- We will be taking interviews Saturday June 15th, 2019, All interviews will be held in the BB&T Building Located At Town Center in Virginia Beach, VA.

- Must Be On Time During Your Interview Or We Will Not Be Able To See You. Since There Is Limited Interview Spots Available.
