Lead Mitigation Manager

Disaster and Emergency Restoration company seeks experienced manager to oversee Emergency Services Department working closely with other managers to ensure industry standards for tarping, boarding up, water mitigation, and mold mitigation, Ensure excellent customer service. Manage facility, equipment, and vehicles, Ensure safety, adherence to financial and service goals. Provide training and meetings, to keep up-to-date industry technology and techniques. REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of management, leadership skills, and strong employee and customer relations, successfully create a teamwork environment. 1 year of restoration and/or construction. Must have MS excel and Outlook skills. Available evenings, weekends when needed, Normally there is an 8 hour day.
