Spring Into a Better PAINTING Career!

#1 Boss Doesnt Appreciate Your Hard Work “ When you come in early, stay late, bring the jobs in on budget and make the customer happy, you should expect a word of thanks and respect. Instead, the only time you hear from the boss is when there is something to complain about.

#2 You Are Stuck at the Same Level of Hourly Pay “ It doesnt matter how fast you paint, how hard you work or how much the painting company makes. You are still stuck at the same pay rate “ even if you are a talented production painter.

#3 No Opportunity to Learn New Skills or Advance “ Maybe you want to learn how to use a sprayer, apply specialty products or develop your carpentry skills, but youre on a crew where you never get the chance to do these things. Not only that, youre at a company so small that youll never get a chance to advance to crew leader.

#4 Jobs Are Disorganized and Communication is Poor “ Its frustrating to show up to a job without a clear, written assignment describing exactly what you need to do. Often, you dont have the tools, equipment or materials you need. The boss shows up on the job, barks a few orders and then expects you to figure it out.

#5 Work is Inconsistent “ It seems youre either covered up and working long hours or the boss tells you to stay at home while he lines up the next job. This makes it very hard to pay the bills on time and still have time for yourself and your family.

We understand these 5 problems are frustrating for painters. Thats why we do things differently at our painting company.

First, we respect our painters and routinely praise them while celebrating their successes.

We allow and encourage all painters to cross-train and learn new painting skills. Because our company is growing, we are always making room for leadership opportunities.

We schedule, start, process and close out our jobs in a very structured manner. We provide paperwork, clear communication and a wide array of tools to help our painters produce work they can be proud of.

Finally, we invest time and money into marketing and sales. We do our very best to make certain our painters have consistent, steady jobs that allow them to lead a life outside of work.

If you have read this far and you are interested, we would love to have a sincere conversation with you about where you want to go in your painting career.

We work with painters from a wide variety of backgrounds, but we do require the following qualifications¦

2 Years Professional Painting Experience

Proficient in Brushing, Rolling and Simple Drywall Repairs
