Guidehouse is looking for a project lead/business analyst to support the accounts management program for a large, Department/Agency level federal customer. The customer provide enterprise account management services, and needs assistance tracking tasks, establishing a roadmap of enhancements, and managing the execution. The lead will be responsible for the delivery and success of key initiatives under the program. This includes planning activities such as scoping, approach development, and stakeholder management.

Specific Tasks Include:
  • Evaluate customer requirements and develop the technical project plan
  • Manage technical delivery and the service roadmap
  • Use expertise to identify and escalate project risk while working with the support team
  • Support requirements analysis, and business process assessments.
  • Support service delivery following ISO 20000/27001 processes
  • Support leadership briefings, recurring program reviews, security reviews, and weekly/monthly reports
  • Lead technical professionals and cross-functional/matrix team
  • Communicate with senior/executive leadership, technical staff and customers on a daily basis, while presenting technical issues in a clear, concise manner that non-technical individuals can understand
Qualifications

The following skills/experience/knowledge are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:
  • 8+ years managing large and complex technology integration projects
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust, and ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
  • Experience managing or supporting technical projects, escalating risks, and managing schedules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as team building skills
  • Experience with enterprise systems and deployments: IT Service Management, Change Requests, Requirement's collection, etc

The following skills/experience/knowledge are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Experience managing and implementing account management or identity management solutions
  • Consulting experience
  • Technical background and certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, CISSP, Security+, etc
