DSA Inc. is seeking a qualified Product Support Engineer at MCB Quantico, VA. The selected candidate coordinates all information technology service projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately as part of DSA's team sustaining the U.S. Marine Corps M-SHARP Program. DSA is an employee-owned company (ESOP) and embraces a set of fundamentals that shape our efforts both as individuals and the company as a whole.The Product Support Engineer:- Compiles IT project status reports, coordinates IT project schedules, manages IT project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identifies and analyzes information technology system requirements and defines information technology project scope, requirements, and deliverables.- Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.- Understands standard information technology concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Required Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Software Engineering or another technical field, or related major. Relevant technical experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree5+ years of product support experienceCloud ExperienceFamiliarity with Agile development processes including working in sprints, planning, estimation, prioritization, scoping, and demoingExperience collaborating with multiple people spread out across several teamsExperience with the Microsoft suite of Office productsExcellent oral and written communication skillsActive DoD Secret ClearanceDesired Skills:Strong preference for current knowledge of M-SHARP programCurrent knowledge of DoD Network EnvironmentsExperience with DoD System DevelopmentOne or more of the following certifications: ITIL-F Certified, CompTIA Security+ Certification, CompTIA A+ CertificationJira knowledgeExperience working with Agile teamsCloud certifications (ex.
