DSA Inc. is seeking a qualified Software Development Manager at MCB Quantico, VA. The selected candidate will manage a team of software engineers to architect, design enterprise software products/operating systems as part of DSA's team sustaining the U.S. Marine Corps M-SHARP Program. DSA is an employee-owned company (ESOP) and embraces a set of fundamentals that shape our efforts both as individuals and the company as a whole. The Software Development Manager writes product requirement documents, implements and tracks development timelines, negotiates feature sets with the development leads and product. Requires experience with software development in .NET and strong relational database knowledge. Knowledge of customer relationship management, data warehousing, and business intelligence. Leads/manages a group of software developers/engineers.Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Software Engineering or another technical field, or related major. Relevant technical experience may be substituted for the bachelor s degree 2+ years of Software Development Management experience Cloud Experience Familiarity with Agile development processes including working in sprints, planning, estimation, prioritization, scoping, and demoing Experience collaborating with multiple people spread out across several teams Experience with the Microsoft suite of Office products Excellent oral and written communication skills Active DoD Secret ClearanceDesired Skills: Strong preference for current knowledge of M-SHARP program Current knowledge of DoD Network Environments Experience with DoD System Development One or more of the following certifications: ITIL-F Certified, CompTIA Security+ Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification Jira knowledge Experience working with Agile teams Cloud certifications (ex.
