- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop/Monitor comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Active as the SPOC for communicating proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Analyze project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to deliverables and timings to ensure cost benefit and achievement within required timelines.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Oversee acquisition and allocation of resources before and during projects by working closely with leadership and vendors to ensure continuous and smooth operation
- Anticipate details of future projects by understanding client direction and communications to anticipate needs.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- PMP Certification and demonstrable strong organizational skills
- Around 5 years of experience in Software Application Project Management
- Must understand and be knowledgeable on Jira
- Type A personality, detail-oriented driver.
- Must have managed multiple projects at once or Client Engagements with multiple projects
- MUST be a SAAVY communicator/managed significant client engagements prior to success.
- Outstanding at multi-tasking in a very dynamic and fast paced environment
- Proven experience managing a Master Project Plan and detailed sub projects that includes 5-
- 10 (or more) concurrent projects in a dynamic, agile environment with a high degree of success.
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities ability to interact at a senior leadership level w/in a software company.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Several years of development work experience as a direct performer on the types of projects you will be managing.
- Minimum 3 years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
- Accounting Tax preparation understanding
